@spajdrEX sorry for taking a long time to get back to this, basic overclocking should now work.

I'm using endeavourOS with Kernel 6.5RC3 and even when enabled overclocking I don't have option to change anything on my 7900XTX.

amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff is added to boot parameter (Corectrl shows some settings, except for FAN control which does nothing)

This is likely related to overdrive support on 7000 series GPUs being new/incomplete, and not due to it not being enabled (if you've specified the overclocking feature mask as a boot option it's always applied)

Could you post the output of

ls /sys/class/drm/card*/device/
cat /sys/class/drm/card*/device/pp_od_clk_voltage

from lact.
