Direct speech volume - Reset/Changes about acre2

After using a variable watcher last night, I finally found the cause :D.

In essence what was happening is that scroll wheel would change the volume slider state until the first opening of the volume control. It would only commit that volume state every time the radio was used though prior to opening the volume control.
