Email to fax and fax to email not working about ictfax

Please share your logs from /usr/ictcore/log/ictcore.log also check Apache logs

Pls: remember to update ictcore and ictfax

Our ictcore and ictfax are at latest release. on bottom the last slice of ictcore.log where is visible the error for [smtp] provider not found. On bottom too, you can see the providers registered on db.
Hoping to be helpful for send us a working solution.

ICTCore logs showing there no recipient in ICTFax. Please make sure, user exist with this email address "[email protected]". if no user exist then create user and then test it again.

If user (with same email) not exist then you cannot send or receive fax on entered email

Please share dialplan table record from MySQL and also check user exist with this email "[email protected]" in ICTFax, You can check from usr and account tables

Please update ICTCore and run following commands

yum update ictcore
cd /usr/ictcore/bin/sendmail
./email_to_fax

Then restart send-mail services and check it again
