Change Default Table Formatting about icerpc-docs

Markdoc has a weird syntax that allows you to add attributes to tables. I pushed a commit that will now let you made a grid styled table. Here is an example of how to use it. Its not perfect but it should get the job done.

Note: you still need the empty first "row" to get rid of header formatting.

Instead of using a table, we could also use a grid.
Expanding the functionality on either would be sufficient.
