makeDoc.pl script needs improvement about streamsx.inet

In this commit updated the make doc script with some help message, to commit the files on the gh-pages branch, to push after the commit, and to run ant and spl-make-toolkit before running spl-make-doc.

Here's my current plan to make it easy to keep the samples updated:
If there is a section in the index.html that starts with
'' and a line that is
' '
then when the makeDoc.pl script is run, it will replace the HTML between those two tags with a list of samples with links to the spldoc.

There's also the ant tasks I created for Streams that creates a single SPLDOC set for multiple toolkits. That might be useful here, as then links between the sample toolkits and the actual toolkit would work.

That could be useful--do you plan to put that into streamsx.inet? When/if you do, I can adjust the script to sync those docs rather than the ones it is syncing now. We may still want a samples list, even then, though, to put on the main page.
