If it follows the other toolkit patterns then the toolkit would be: com.ibm.streamsx.social

and then com.ibm.streamsx.social.twitter would be a namespace with Twitter adapters and types.

+1 on the toolkit, but using twitter jars is not necessary for this. streamsx.inet and streamsx.json already have operators that will allow for creation of composites to connect to twitter streams.

I'd go for the twitter jars since they are supported by twitter to access twitter. I'm working off the theory the more users the more testing. I suspect 'tweeks' had to be made for the twitter firehose stream, using their jars - we get the benefit of their sweat.
