Option: Disable animation phases (specifically animate-out) about sequence

Instead of disableAnimateOut, consider an "enableStacking" option. Stacking should disable the "animate-out" class but also, if the startingFrameID is anything other than 1, the frames before the specified starting frame should be all set to the "animate-in" position causing a stack.

Would developers need to use disableAnimateOut without this stacking option or can the two be combined?

This option is more involved than expected so won't be added into v1 but will definitely be good for future versions. Decided to go with the enableStacking option and remove disableAnimateOut

In Sequence v2, using animate-in and animate-out classes are entirely optional and as such, these functionality will work without the necessity for additional options. Alpha coming soon.
