Go recently turned eleven, so you can imagine how much the language and its ecosystem have evolved through the years. A strongly typed language, it’s become increasingly popular with its garbage collection and concurrency support. It’s massively performant, scalable, and resource-use efficient. Small wonder that Go is applied across a multitude of areas these days, including web applications, microservices, cloud computing, web servers, and other systems/tools. A good way to stay on top of the constant changes to the language, its tools, and the community is to check out some of the blogs that specifically cover Go. In this article, we’ll look at blogs written by Go users, contributors, and educators about the various ways they are making use of the language.

And after the booking, the end-time book status will be automatically charged to the available booking. For the front-end, I have used bootstrap v5. Create custom login & registration. Add admin middleware to protect authenticated route.

grpc-gunk-blog-website icon grpc-gunk-blog-website

The Go implementation of gRPC: A high-performance, open-source, general RPC framework that puts mobile and HTTP/2 first. With gRPC we can define our service once in a .proto file and generate clients and servers in any of gRPC’s supported languages, which in turn can be run in environments ranging from servers inside a large data center to your own tablet β€” all the complexity of communication between different languages and environments is handled for you by gRPC. We also get all the advantages of working with protocol buffers, including efficient serialization, a simple IDL, and easy interface updating. Gunk provides a modern project-based workflow along with a Go-derived syntax for defining types and services for use with Protocol Buffers. Gunk is designed to integrate cleanly with existing protoc based build pipelines while standardizing workflows in a way that is familiar/accessible to Go developers.
