Method signatures are incorrect about smoothscroll

Ah. I did not piece that object together from when I read that initially. I still have some work to do in the art of understanding spec writing.

Though it isn’t clear to my the impact of the x|y keys in the ScrollOptions object.

dictionary ScrollOptions {
  ScrollBehavior behavior = "auto";
};

looks to me like it’s an options object of just { behavior: 'auto|smooth|instant' }

Though looking at that shows that I need to wrap window.scroll and window.scrollBy as well.
