A Css error, at some point I decided to inline the paragraph in one
style, but that leaked out and inlined them all everywhere.

I got to be more paranoid about these changes.

Should be fixed now, reload the page.

Oh oh--I think this had a side-effect though: http://test.biostars.org/user/show/318/

Here my recent activity was in a tight list. Now it's all spread out. I actually don't care, but if it was supposed to be tight it's not anymore.

yes, having that wide is probably less of a problem than not having
paragraphs in posts

I will fix that in a different way - all of it is caused by a third
party module that inserts extra paragraphs when formatting - I have
to fix that third party module
