Overcounting the views of a post about biostar-central

Right now I feel a little overwhelmed to add another table with IP address and views relationship, but what we could easily do is avoid incrementing the viewcount within a session. Since most people are logged in most of the time from a given computer this should get us halfway there.

views are still counted per session basis - I think there is a value in measuring repeat visits to a post, although of course this has other not so desirable effects. I will close this issue though for now. Perhaps we will reopen later when we want to expand on features.
