Error CentOS 6 dependence unrecognized about freshplayerplugin

[i-rinat]

For some reason packages in your distro have no .pc files: liburiparser.pc, libevent.pc, and libevent_pthreads.pc. Those files contain information about compiler and linker flags to make libraries more portable. There is no way to fix this in my code.

Additionally, there may be issues with libevent version prior to 2.

I use pkg-config through corresponding module of cmake to get library and include files paths for libraries I use. Each library provides .pc file where it specifies where its libraries are. So one can search for corresponding packages by searching for files in packages. Say, one need package liburiparser. Then he can find it with apt-file (works in Debian-based distributions)

$ apt-file search liburiparser.pc
liburiparser-dev: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/liburiparser.pc

Same with other packages.

Unfortunately, packages name and packaging rules differ from distro to distro. I use Debian on a day-to-day basis, and have almost no experience with other distributions. Can't say anything about CentOS.
