Can't reproduce the plus sign in IMG_0016.PNG and that thing in IMG_0017.PNG 
just
using \U03xx and friends. Can you attach the layout.plist for me for further 
testing?

If this bug report is for the placement of the vowels (IIRC the combining 
characters
are vowels) than I'd mark it as WontFix because this should be resolved 
properly by a
the more general issue 32.

here is keyboard layout and Lao font 
cause you gonna need it to read Lao font
