support for maven/nexus artifacts and scheduling about mist

Hey @mozinrat thanks for the ticket.

1. Not supported yet. But we'll definitely add Artifactory. The task is not scheduled yet, but hope to have it released within 1-2 months.

2. This is a business logic to be implemented on top of Mist. You could listen to particular topic for job completion and trigger the next one.
   If you use external workflow tool like Airflow or AWS Data Pipeline you could to hook jobs in particular order right there.

3. There is some info in this blog post . Let me know if you would like to dig deeper.

4. No plans for Java yet. But we are open for collaboration.

@spushkarev I would love to contribute with java support, I believe MistJob is the entry point for your app. I will take a look, if you have any developer documentaion, please share.
