Yes something like that would be nice.
My main concern is to include all the keyboard shortcuts available.
Though, similarly to what you posted, a title with a short description would be a nice addon.

I think this helpscreen could still be added to the commands_gui.rs file. Though, latest after adding the help page the rendering and input logic should be decoupled from this single file. We can create a separate ticket for that
