Exactly.

All configurations remains in the project in the PropertyGroups but are not shown after upgrade.
<PropertyGroup Condition=" '$(Configuration)|$(Platform)' == 'Debug|AnyCPU' "> ...

After inserting manually the config they reappear:
<PropertyGroup> <Configuration**s**>Debug;Release;Release_CI</Configuration**s**> </PropertyGroup>
