最开始的 report 有什么问题，能举个例子吗？

@qzhongyou 一开始 report 没有 useCallback 包裹，在每一次状态改变包括 other改变都会更新其引用，而 report 不依赖 other 的值，因此本不该渲染的子组件 MemoArticleTypeSetting 也会更新
