Seems stuck at remeshing? about autoremesher

I takes 10 minutes to remesh for this one. em.. it's definitely an issue need to be fixed. Thanks for reporting.

Hi @Ikxi1 thanks for reporting, normally it should be finished in 5 minutes. I tested your model, the are some subsurfaces cause the libQEx stuck. libQEx is the library I am using to extract the final quads. Not your model's problem, will improve in the future.

I have the same problem.
When I import the file into the auto remesher it at first goes hard on the cpu with 100% usage on all my 12 threads with nearly maxed out boost.
But after some minutes it goes down to around 20% use and just runs on 2 threads or just 1 core and then just kinda idles along and doesn't seem to do anything.
I'm using Blender 2.83.4. auto remesher 1.0.0 alpha.4 running on a ryzen 5 4600h. Should it take longer than that or should it already have been done? Didn't use quadriflow as I didn't know how to get that to run.

Hi @AFWSI your model remeshed using beta.1, finished in 13 seconds. There are holes been left, which would been fixed in the future.
And @Ikxi1 your model finished in 80 seconds with beta.1

I am closing this issue for now, if you have other issues with beta.1 please don't hesitate to open a new one.
