[BUG] UFCS doesn't work with class/struct member variables about cppfront

Thanks! The UFCS merge fixes this, so I'm about to close this as resolved, but this code actually exposed another small bug -- the last line in main above

int(j.i).ufcs();

incorrectly tried to move from i, misrecognizing it as a local variable. The next commit will fix that, and add this as a test case.

(Note: In the version of this code I'm checking in as a test case, I changed the -> autos to -> int because deduced return types for non-local functions inherently can't be order-independent. FWIW this is why Cpp2 defaults to deduced return types for local (unnamed) functions but defaults to void return for named functions.)
