Basically, you can attach any custom evidence file that helps on providing additional context to the executed scenario. As an example, in my case I use to monitor the chrome performance logs, and store all the API calls made by the application in a file that I publish into the folder specified in the "context.evidence_path" variable.
Just adding another example....you should be able to attach any output log file related to the application under test, to help on debugging issues.
There is no additional evidence provided by the wrapper, it is just the one you generate as part scenario execution or the application under test.
