Extending _api through plugins about discussion

hoodie-server master now supports hooks for this kind of thing (entry point here: https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-server/blob/master/lib/server/plugins/api/index.js#L27)

See https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-plugin-email-debug/blob/master/hooks/dynamic.js#L7 for how it is used in a plugin.

Please note that this is all still rather undocumented and under heavy development, so use with care. We definitely want to make this happen though and I am actively working on it :)
