Chalk this up to sparse and obtuse NinjaOne API documentation and user error. Now that I have everything setup properly your the cmdlet in your PowerShell module works like a charm and makes my life much easier!!

Insufficient privileges usually means you're missing the required scope - can you try with management, control as the value for scopes? Making sure you have both assigned to the app in Ninja too!

Something is still funky, not sure if it's my tenant. I cannot run the updateNodeRolePolicyAssignmentForOrganization API call from the NinjaOne API portal. I have a case open with support and will let you know how it turns out.

FWIW I know Ninja are working on overhauling the documentation ground-up with more detail as a long-term project :-)
