Ah, I actually tested on WSL, but still Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS.

Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS doesn't have gcc-11 and gcc@10
doesn't have GLIBCXX_3.4.29, so building the bottle with gcc@10
can also be an option.
