For example, Waterfox browser once installed will auto-update itself, so upgrading it via
brew bundlecauses a conflict and error.
This is a bug that should be fixed.
What I'm proposing is to add a new option to Brewfile, for example
no-upgrade: truewhich would be passed as one ofargsto disable upgrade for a particular dependency.
Sorry, I disagree, passing on this.
