Comment out two lines in your configuration.yaml

• type: legacy_api_password
  api_password: !secret http_password

To restore HA to previous state you can use CLI: ha core update --version 2024.6.4

fixed it for me too - but how can the login screen skiped for a known user with a known ip ?!

also have the same issue and question - would like to get an ip whitelisted for login without password - but cannot.
