Haven't experienced anything like that for a while, the migration logic
hasn't changed for 2.0. Can you reproduce on a blank app and upload to
GitHub so we can take a look? Thanks.

I just double checked, running hobo:migration on an app with a join table, and it's not trying to recreate the table. Perhaps you're running into a reserved name, or something that's tripping up the plurarlizer, or something. What database are you using? An example of an app exhibiting the problem would be very useful.
