Alright, I'll leave the issue open for a few days. If you aren't experiencing any further problems I'll change it.

I think so, but unfortunately the project where we had to fix this is currently on hold, it has been several weeks since we last ran the importer with this fix. So I can't really say if it causes issues or not.
I would leave it open for now until we have some time to properly test this.

This has been fixed on the develop branch and will be included in the next release.

Thanks @JeroenVanLeusden , I can confirm this fix actually works, been using it for almost 2 years now in a specific project, sorry for not getting back to this issue to confirm this!
