Some HITs submit POST with form fields that are different than the input fields. E.g., javascript processes the selections and generates a different set of key-value pairs in the POST data. In this case it won't be possible to prefill form fields with data from Hit.answers when redisplaying the HIT.

So when attempting to prefill, just check the Hit.answers dict for keys that match the keys in Hit.input_csv_fields.

But also, a table can be shown below the form frame with the Hit.answers's field names in left column and values in right column.
