Missing folder in the repo

Hello,

Congratulations on the amazing work!

in the file "extract_features_fp_re.py", there is this import statement:

from datasets.dataset_h5 import Dataset_All_Bags, Whole_Slide_Bag_FP

but datasets folder is missing. Could you please have a look?

Hi, I am trying to implement your method with my method.
May I know what exactly is in the 'all_data_path' and 'patient_and_label_path'? Is it that inside the 'all_data_path', I should provide the directories of the extracted features for each WSI? or can u provide me example?
