你的问题和这个issue关系不大，openvpn里需要在配置文件里设��
�script-security 2或者更高的
数字才允许调用外部脚本:-)

这应该没关系的. 因为这似乎只是log的输出信息, vpnup.vbs 
本身不需要任何输入参数的.
它只是个wrapper, 以nonblock方式调用一下vpnup.bat文件.
