Change plotting engine to javascript about publicdb

I've played around with this. I have an old branch (december 2010) which used jqplot to replace the number of events histogram, the pulse height histogram and the pulse integral histogram. Works reasonably well, but I don't really like the interface, and the output; too many drop shadows is always a bad sign, ;-). I like flot better, but have no working code.

We don't need to rip out the old engine. We could make a download link and generate static images for download.

Still, it's some work. We should decide if it's worth it.

Perhaps we can solve the 'plots can no longer be easily downloaded' with this script: canvas2image

Or just use the 'toDataURL' function.
