Building corpus_parser on macOS 10.14 in Docker about hical

Hi @isoboroff , I think that these issues come from the update of the docker file. I have the same issues before. Could you try docker-compose -f HiCAL.yml stop and then docker-compose -f HiCAL.yml run cal bash? Then run the make corpus_parser.

If the above doesn't work, you can try to clean up the docker by docker-compose -f HiCAL.yml down -v --rmi all. Then run the docker-compose -f HiCAL.yml run cal bash to make corpus_parser.

Coming back to HiCAL after a bit. I went through and cleaned out all my old images related to this. I found that I had the same error following the documentation, but if I did 'make clean' in the src directory, then 'make corpus_parser' would work. I suspect there are stale .o objects coming from somewhere.

Could be compiling against the libraries of the older image (Ubuntu 16.04 vs 18.04). the .o files persists since the source directory is just mounted in the container. We should be instead doing a COPY of sources into the docker image.
