Can you provide more details please? Which file throws this error?

There are 2 problems:

1. In the autoload in the instructions you write 'Decoda' = > DIR.'/../vendor/php-decoda/decoda'
   In php-decode function in the branch master no folder decode.
   This problem is solved by switching to a branch x3

2. On the basis of 1 error 2 error occurs Fatal error: Class 'Decoda' not found in /var/www/clients/client1/web16/web/vendor/bundles/FM/BbcodeBundle/Decoda/Decoda.php on line 8
   which arises in the file FM/BbcodeBundle/Decoda/Decoda.php

I have updated Readme file with specifying version of Decoda library. This happens due to release of 4.x version of Decoda lib by @milesj

You can change deps file the following way
[php-decoda]
git=http://github.com/milesj/php-decoda.git
version=3.5
