Can you confirm your sketch is not open and that there are no splines being used? Even though it has worked before, I had to replace my splines with arcs and make sure all segments were connected. I usually create in QCAD and then open in HeeksCAD if it matters.

I have run .18 and .21, neither will offset from the sketch.
I have tried adding an offset, outside, inside and on.
Any solutions?
