triggered https://readthedocs.org/projects/pymapd/builds/5774244/, which succeeded. That hardcoded the version number though, so I'll leave this open until I can figure out what's going on.
It seems like pymapd isn't being installed prior to building the docs. I have the box for "install project" checked, but that does mention "into a virtualenv", and we're using conda.

My earlier changes just hide the problem.
67758d8 should cause rtd to install in their environment.
f9a45ba installs the required dependencies to build the C extensions. (which shouldn't be required anyway, #35).
