minify the generated app.js file (with knowledge of angularjs controllers...) about hawtio

We're up to about 1.7mb now, I can cut it down to 700k just by running app.js through some random online minifier. However we'll need to re-do our controller declarations (of course!) to support minification as outlined https://docs.angularjs.org/tutorial/step_05 under "A note on minification". I think maybe we go with the second approach, we'll also need to add typescript reference notation so that the app.js is generated nicely. Hey, didn't we do the latter once already :-)

Actually the file was 2.1mb, we've now added in wro4j during the build which now cuts the file size to about 1mb. We can get it a little bit better (about 800kb) by using uglifyJs but I've got to track down some spot where the code isn't minification-friendly still. So I think this one is set, I'll create a new issue to switch to uglifyJs or even better uglifyJs2 when wro4j supports that.
