Sounds like a good idea.
I think it'd also be nice to reach out to project maintainers and encourage them to either provide mentorships on beginner-friendly issues or provide overviews of what needs to be fixed for a given issue. (e.g. barrucadu/dejafu#111) And then prioritize these projects on the website.
I can try adding the first draft myself, but I would need help assembling the list.

Thanks for getting this started! My recommendation on the list would be:
- Let's throw in a few example projects
- Add a link at the top of the page to open a PR on Github
- Encourage package authors to add links to their projects' issue trackers
Does that make sense?

Sure! How do you feel about adding a short project description to each link?
UPD: I've added some example projects that fit the description as well as a link to open a PR here. Not sure if it should point to where it's pointing to now though. Same for phrasing of the first sentence on that page. Let me know if there are any formatting adjustments I can make here.
Also, how about mentioning Haskell Weekly? Something along the lines of:
Check out Haskell Weekly for a list of hand-picked issues each week.

I like it so far! And yes, a link to Haskell Weekly makes sense. I think we should add non-coding activities to help as well, but that can be added later.
Do you want to continue pushing forward on that PR?
The contribution here is much appreciated, thank you!

I'll add the link to Haskell Weekly and maybe we can merge it afterwards so that I am not blocking anyone here and people can start adding their projects via separate PRs.
