Throbber not found when using prefixed endpoints about hapi-swagger

This has now been fixed in v0.5.3 by adding the javascript

$('.response_throbber').attr( 'src', '{{hapiSwagger.endpoint}}/swaggerui/images/throbber.gif' );

into the swagger onComplete event, should mean that we don't have to change swagger-ui.js file.

The /documentation page should work out of the box. If you use a custom page layout you should take a look at the updated javascript in the readme.
