国外犯 (crimes outside Japan) are specified in the articles 2 to 4-2 of the Criminal Code. Although the articles 2 to 4 do not specify 不正指令電磁的記録に関する罪 (the articles 168-2 and -3), the article 4-2 specifies some of 第二編の罪 (the crimes of Part II, that is, the articles 73 to 264) which may include 168-2 and -3. We might have carefully to check international treaties ratified by Japan.

Remote surrender? via SSH maybe. But then I suppose I'll only get arrested if I connect to their server.
