Which barman version? And could you show me the content of your backup.info files? Are located in /base//backup.info

I'm using a ubuntu server 12.04 x64. Every time I try to run following commands
./check-barman.rb -a backups_available -s main -w 5 -c 6I recieve following error:

Sorry for the late answer, but my job is eating all my time at the moment.
After a few tests I guess it has something to do with ruby 1.9.1, but couldn't dig deeper.
Could take a few days until I'll get that fixed, sorry again!

Hi,
I also got the same issue starting since a backup failed yesterday - now the command
barman status server
just displays
Archive status: last shipped WAL segment None
But to be fair, I created a backup and since the backup no changes on the DB happened so probably that's why there's none (based on the last successful backup!) - I will update the post in the morning after a few files were shipped
Expected behaviour would be a interesting question - not sure if it's an error state or something else?!

So after investigating a bit I think the problem lies with the rbarman library!
I created a new issue here: sauspiel/rbarman#1
