slidechange fires twice about reveal.js

Yeah noticed this yesterday as well. It fires a second time when the hash changes (if history is enabled). Will work in a fix for this as soon as I have some time.

Hi, Still I am getting this issue: Called slide change twice - this.reveal.addEventListener('slidechanged', this.slidePageChange.bind(this)); Also, Reveal Js is not working initial rendering in SPA application like angular. To resolve, we need to reinitialise it again in each components.
