I was messing around with the app to see if anything was on there and it said something about the tray icon so I decided to look at that. When I right-clicked it there was an option to quit the app🤦♀️. When I did that I was able to delete it and I will now be getting the newest one.
I realized that I accidentally disabled its ability to track my keyboard, which stopped me from being able to use any other packs. I turned it back on and it let me use the recommended ones but I still could not download new ones. I hope the new one will let me but idk.
