Have identified the proper function to do this as probably being in lal under one of the two following modules:

• lal.ConvertSkyCoordinates

• lal.ConvertSkyParams

I believe we are going from an equatorial system (RA and DEC) to a geographic system (e.g. longitude and latitude).

Am now converting RA to hour angle in training. Just need to add this step in the testing, plotting and gen samples functions.
