This is something that @cboden has made some progress in: https://github.com/cboden/guzzle

Unfortunately, I don't see myself having the time to finish this in the foreseeable future. My apologies for that. If someone else wants to take over for the work I've started that would be fantastic. I started by reading the IETF OAuth2 draft.
After I did some initial work, I also found the oauth2-php repository. I haven't looked too far into it, but someone may be able to include that as a dep in composer and wrap it as a Guzzle plugin.

Cool. An Oauth2 plugin might be a bit too large to put into the main repository. I'll close this issue in favor of a separate repository meant to provide Oauth2 support to Guzzle (whether it be specific to Guzzle or has a Guzzle wrapper).

Why not create an OAuth2 plugin in the main repository but when you try to use it, and the dependency isn't found, it gives you the hint to install the depencency via composer?
It would be so cool to have this "out of the box"

@grayside OAuth2 is out there and used by a lot of companies like 37signals and Facebook.
