IV参数是秘钥向量，可以为空

您好，请问key和IV有什么区别吗，我用在线解密Rabbit的工具，只需要给出密文和密码，您分享的这个工具解密Rabbit需要两个参数，一个是key，一个是IV，Iv代表着秘钥向量，key是代表着密码吗？ 而且我发现用在线工具加密后的密文前部分又会有”U2FsdGVkX1”这个字符串，我用您分享的工具加密，密文开头却不是这个。我想问一下，怎么填写参数才能使得您的这个工具和网上解密工具得出的结果一样呢？
