Error while starting child process about php-apns

It turned out my certificate was created incorrectly

Sorry, can't give a specific reason. I just made a new one and using that 
worked. It
was a fairly old certificate so maybe it expired?

I got the same error but I can't figure out why...
My certificate seems good...

Anyone knows what can cause this error except cert issues?

downloaded from the apple developer site into the .pem file that the php-apns 
needs.
