Dashboard redesign about polygon-dash

Here are some ideas what we can show on the dashboard:

• Transaction relay and processing status. We can track how the transaction is being relayed in the network, how many peers have reported they know the transaction (pre-confirmation), at which time (elapsed time since send/time since first seen). One option is to show the progress with a timeline, or just report it with table sorted by time: Given transaction_id show: "peer_1", "time_first_seen"

This might be helpful for debug, and for our routing feature
