You don't use Bin.launch with autovideosink! Bin.launch(String binDescription, boolean ghostUnlinkedPads) is not the same as the CLI - that's Pipeline.launch(String pipelineDescription). The former is equivalent to gst_parse_bin_from_description and the latter to gst_parse_launch(). Please come and ask on the mailing list at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/gstreamer-java with a clearer idea of what exactly you're trying to do here. Do you want it in Swing? Two windows, one native, one empty JFrame, is exactly what I'd expect to see there.
