Load AST directly from Javascript about engine

There are actually several ways to do this, but the preferred is:

sheet = new GSS.StyleSheet
  engine: GSS.engines.root
  rules: ast

sheet.install()

Check out these tests. The ASTs are annoying to write by hand!

Thanks! I didn't plan to write AST by hand, but to compile GSS to AST, then put everything into some JS which will be minified and served as regular JS files. I suppose this could be the part of the documentation on how to use GSS from the command line (not yet written) but maybe you were planning to use text/gss-ast instead of shipping them as Javascript.

@vincentbernat for that compilation, maybe https://github.com/the-gss/grunt-gss-compiler will be useful. I haven't touched it in a long time, so ping if you find any problems
