I work with Angular E2E tests and want to be sure that tests get everything correct from server.
So I need to see all requests that was made to connect-server in terminal, not only init info "Server started". Right now i use middleware for this purpose. It would be cool to have only 1 line instead of 10 in config.
Maybe it would be helpful for others to turn on logger pretty simple, without middleware option

I would find it helpful too, since I want to connect a proxy to an API, with e.g. https://github.com/drewzboto/grunt-connect-proxy
So, it would be nice to see if requests are proxied correctly. Also, it's nice to see some 3xx, 4xx, 5xx responses and get a feeling where to start debugging.
